		<description>Rowling is obviously blocking that compendium because she plans on publishing one herself.  In other industries this would be considered a barrier to competition but IP apparently follows different rules from everything else.

As for the rest, I feel that anything that reduces the amount of fanfiction in the world is a good thing.
