Eternal Recurrence
All right, I’m wrapping up the ranting regarding Doctor Who and Captain Jack now. I did finish the first series– the Eccleston set– last night, and this evening I picked up with the first episode of Torchwood. I am reaffirmed in my belief that Jack is the most fascinating character I’ve seen in a while, and that I really need to do some digging into the backstory behind Doctor Who. In any event, like I said, that’s it on that front for a few days; I’m going to let the Tivo build up a backlog of programs so I have something to do Sunday evening.
Tomorrow? Well, who knows. I’m sure I’ll be able to get something a bit more introspective and substantial together than another gush-session over TV. Failing that, you guys are gonna get stuck with a video of a cat doing something amusing. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.
