The Short Big News
So, yeah, I’ve been keeping this one secret for a while, but I now can say it: I have a new job, one that doesn’t require me to drive 50 miles one way. (For reference: The morning traffic is not so bad, and coming home would have been the same way if I had not gotten myself completely lost.) More than anything, this job actually has me doing stuff. I can honestly say that I did more to actually accomplish a goal today than I did in the entire three months I was at my old job. The people are friendly, everything works, and it’s in a nice part of town with access to anything I’d need. So, overall, I happy. Again.
Anyway. Pez has been pestering me to start watching Veronica Mars, so to that end he has saddled me with the Season 1 DVDs. I hold no illusions that I’ll get through them all this week, but I am at least going to start on Episode 1… right about now, actually. Catch you all when I do.
ADDENDUM, just about an hour and a half later: God dammit Pez. I’m sold.
