Blue Light Special
This morning I woke up early, as I have an appointment this afternoon and thus needed to get to work as early as possible. Naturally, in order to delay me, the blue light around the Wii disc tray was glowing, indicating the need for attention. By now I’m sure you all know of the system update that happened, and the fact that I spent half an hour playing with the new features should be no surprise to you. I will say this, though: the clock on the main menu is a nice touch. Beyond that, yeah, largely a waste of time. But a pleasant waste of time.
The Pokeblitzkrieg continues apace; current time is 11 hours or so and I’m about to start the SS Anne event. Levels are good (18-20) and I have a pretty diverse team… more importantly, I have promised not to pillage the LeafGreen cartridge for new critters until after I’ve cleared the E4 and unlocked the breeding center. Because, you know, I may actually want to go back here at some point.
(There was more to this post… but Safari for Windows ate it. Just forget about it.)
(Second Edit: All right, some of it had to do with the DW: Gundam and Blue Dragon demos, which I am only reminded of because the Eternal Sonata demo is now live for the US. I also promised that I would try those games out tonight, and I intend to deliver on that.)
