Did you just stuff the metal thing into the zipper for the purposes of the photo? I can't imagine it decayed that badly in a closet even if it was covered with stuff. Wait... was the zipper eventually open due to motion, letting all the stuffing fall out? If it's a case of a broken zipper, I'm sure you could stitch another one in or ask someone to do it for you... if it's just a case of filling it with stuffing - (shrugs) have an old pillow around you no longer use that you're willing to take hacking implements to? I've just been trying to understand what the picture was communicating since this morning, since I guess I don't know offhand how the figure would've looked beforehand. I’m not sure I understand.
