I always loved then Ultima Online translators, they were very very useful playing on the European Realm which at the time I think there was one designated. Without playing on European servers though you can't really appreciate these things as much.

Russian is the worst..... no matter how many times they spam me with messages I'm not going to be able to read such glyphs. Why they would expect me to be able to read it I have no idea.

It's not unique; a game that Valve has been hawking called "Left4Dead," due out on Steam sometime in the future, is basically an FPS version of Resident Evil: Outbreak that has human zombies in addition to human survivors. In fact, Left4Dead's basic gameplay sounds very similar to The Crossing's outside of the fact that half of the campaign maps you play in the latter are meant to be offline (though apparently other players can "invade" there too). I do have to say that the narrative sounds more interesting on The Crossing's part, though, especially since you and your friends can go down different paths and unexpectedly find yourselves trying to kill each other at a future point in time.
