However, an irritating blue banner has been put into the feed telling viewers to pester TWC to keep the NFL Network. This is similar to a spat between Viacom and other major cable companies that happened a year or so ago, in which Spike TV and a few other channels had such things added onto the image to basically annoy the viewers and drag them into a fight between two huge corporations who could literally not care less about the viewers. Whether or not they'll drop it again remains to be seen, but it did cite Cleveland and Buffalo as well as Dallas as areas where the lack of the NFL Network would, indeed, probably spark riots. Yet more proof that cable television is run (and, largely, watched) by complete morons.
