Yeah, We’ll Have None Of That
So Friday I put a new exhaust system in the car. $700, and it works wonderfully, no problems over the weekend.
Monday morning it overheats and dies. It’s $2000 to repair it.
RIP Car #2.

John, I think the world is telling you to start taking a bus :-)
Seriously, though: ouch. Are you actually going to fork over the two grand to repair it, or (as you final sentence suggests) just gonna write the whole thing off as a loss and start looking for a new vehicle?

Is my bad luck rubbing off? Egads. Someone’s trying to tell you something. What it is, I don’t know. ;_; I mean, are they trying to tell you a bike is cheaper?

Hmm, could this over-heating be anything to do with a badly installed exhaust pipe? Seems rather coincidental having two such problems back to back.
But yes, this is most certainly ouch, and it would probably be better to buy a new car (seems this one is just falling apart!) This is obviously the last thing you need on top of your existant monetary woes…
